    ATLANTA, Feb. 21 "The Daytona 500 was a bittersweet
experience for the NAPA family.  We are proud of Michael Waltrip's
extraordinary race to the Winner's Circle, but we are deeply saddened by the
passing of our good friend and business partner, Dale Earnhardt.  Dale
Earnhardt is the reason NAPA is a Winston Cup sponsor and his belief that
Michael was a winner was confirmed by Sunday's victory.  The entire NAPA
organization shares in the outpouring of love and support for Dale's family
and we are profoundly grieved by the loss."
