Pro Roads Systems Announces Argentina Road Project

    ABBOTSFORD, British Columbia--Feb. 21, 2001--Pro Roads Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRRO) ("Pro Roads"), a company founded to foster the development, marketing and manufacturing of innovative products, technologies and services to various infrastructure markets worldwide, wishes to announce the Company has implemented the engineering phase of a major road construction project in the Province of Mendoza, Argentina, utilizing the road base stabilization product B.C. Stabilizer(TM).
    Bill Sadar, President & Chief Executive officer of Pro Roads explains that successful trials in the region, conducted by the Company's distributor, Caminos Naturales S.A. (CNSA) have led to general product acceptance. The road up-grade project, described by CNSA's President, Sr. Norberto de la Pena, is approximately 390,000 m(2) in the grape producing region of Mendoza Province. Funding for the project, estimated at US $6,000,000, will be provided in part by local government and agricultural producers. The current estimate for the B.C. Stabilizer(TM) technology and product is approximately US $1,300,000. Project completion is currently targeted for the first quarter of 2002.
    Further, Sr. Pena has explained that based on the positive experience and performance B.C. Stabilizer(TM), CNSA will be exercising a renewal option of their distributorship agreement with and has expressed an additional request to pursue business and distributorship opportunities in the Country of Paraguay. Pro Roads President Bill Sadar has stated that the Company is extremely pleased with the relationship with Caminos Naturales and will be working closely with their organization to bring all current and future projects to fruition in Argentina and project potentials Paraguay. Sadar further explains that the Caminos Naturales' example of engineering and construction expertise provides the proper blend of innovative and hands-on experience to implement new, low cost and high performance technologies that will be the way of the future for road construction throughout the world.
