ChoiceParts, LLC Announces Exclusive Agreement for OnStation Corporation's CarStation Commerce System and CarStation.com

    CHICAGO--Feb. 20, 2001--

Arrangement Includes Software Assets and Existing Customers

    ChoiceParts, LLC, the professional's auto parts network, announced today that it will shortly assume exclusive rights to commercialize the industry leading CarStation CommerceSystem(TM), a product of the OnStation Corporation.
    Under the arrangement, ChoiceParts will become the exclusive source for providing the CarStation CommerceSystem(TM) (CCS), an integrated Internet-based parts management and communication system that enables automotive collision repair professionals and their parts suppliers to transact and communicate online.
    ChoiceParts, founded through a partnership among automotive and collision industry leaders CCC Information Services Inc., the Dealer Services and Claims Solutions Groups of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and the Reynolds and Reynolds Company, will be the sole marketer and distributor of CCS to the collision repair industry.
    As part of the agreement, ChoiceParts also will acquire the CarStation.com e-commerce hub and its customer base of automotive parts dealers, recyclers and collision repair shops. The transaction is expected to be complete within two months.
    The agreement solidifies ChoiceParts's position as the industry leader in providing automotive retailers and repair specialists an integrated, online parts solution by enabling the company to expand its presence in the collision repair industry and strengthen its position as the professional auto parts network for the automotive industry.
    The agreement also affirms OnStation's position as a leading provider of Internet-based software to service, sales and distribution channels. Following the closing of the transaction, OnStation will focus its operations on developing and deploying enterprise software solutions.
