Cotelligent Completes Complex Human Resource Technology Implementation For Tower Automotive, Inc.

    SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 20 Cotelligent , a leading
provider of end-to-end information technology (IT) solutions, today announced
that it has completed a large and complex implementation of PeopleSoft Human
Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for Tower Automotive, Inc.  Tower
Automotive, Inc. , a producer of assemblies and modules for vehicle
structures and suspension systems for automotive manufacturers, selected
Cotelligent to develop a single, internal, integrated global solution for
dealing with payroll, benefits, and other "Colleague Growth and Development"
initiatives.
    The solution, completed on schedule and within budget, provides
Tower Automotive colleagues with full access to all of their business unit
information, both online and in real-time.  Cotelligent deployed PeopleSoft
Version 7.5 for all human resource functionalities.  PeopleSoft's HRMS
applications and eCenter, application service provider, technology gives
Tower Automotive, Inc. the ability to process human resource information with
fewer hardware and software requirements, significantly reduces manual effort
with the automation of benefits administration, and enables enhanced reporting
capabilities.  Cotelligent has provided Tower Automotive, Inc. with the core
functionality for benefits administration, base HR and in-house payroll
processing, and was instrumental in the creation of the Tower Automotive, Inc.
HRMS Shared Services Team to support the system for all of
Tower Automotive, Inc.
