Guide Corp. to Spotlight Virtual Prototyping at SAE 2001 World Congress

    PENDLETON, Ind.--Feb. 20, 2001--Virtual prototyping is one of many advantages available to vehicle manufacturers through Guide Corp.'s FastForward(SM) suite of proprietary computer-aided design tools.
    Guide Corp., North America's leading supplier of exterior automotive lighting systems, will provide an inside look at these advanced tools during the SAE 2001 World Congress in Detroit, March 5-8. Two events for news media representatives are scheduled, including:

These advances in computer simulation technology at Guide allow night drives to take place in a conference room . . . even on the brightest of days. Dynamic Road Scene helps reduce development time and costs for headlamp designs while encouraging customer feedback early in the design process.
