Exide Technologies Appoints Siuda VP and CFO
Of Its Transportation Business Group
PRINCETON, N.J., Feb. 19 Exide Technologies ,
the global leader in stored electrical energy, today announced the appointment
of Randy Siuda as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its
Transportation Business Group.
Thomas O. Minner, President of the Transportation Business Group, said,
"We are pleased that a person of Randy's experience and dedication has agreed
to lead the finance department of our transportation business."
Siuda joins Exide Technologies from United Technologies Corporation where
he worked for 22 years, most recently as Vice President of Finance and CFO for
the Pratt and Whitney Engine Services Division.
He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he earned both his
bachelor of science degree in accounting and his master's of business
administration. He will work in the Transportation Group's headquarters in
Alpharetta, GA.
