SUMA Takes Equity Position in e-Power International
HOUSTON--Feb. 19, 2001--e-Power International Inc. (OTCBB:EPWI) announced today that it has entered into a long-term equity venture with SUMA Partners. SUMA will help identify new market opportunities for e-Power's location-based wireless offerings and provide ongoing consultation on rapid national and international expansion. As part of this new relationship, SUMA has taken a significant equity position in e-Power.e-Power International Inc. is the leading manufacturer and distributor of wireless and GPS-based devices for tracking and remote management of mobile assets. Recently, e-Power officials announced the purchase of Immobiliser Inc., a Houston-based engineering, manufacturing and consumer technology company.
