Pinnacle Business Management Announces Developments and New Expansion Plans Regarding All Pro Companies

CLEARWATER, Fla., & PITTSBURGH--Feb. 16, 2001-- Pinnacle Business Management (Pink Sheets:PCBM) has announced three major developments in the expansion of its All Pro group of companies, which were recently acquired from Lo Castro & Associates.
The developments involve both geographic and range-of-service opportunities for All Pro.
In the first development, PCBM Chief Operating Officer Vincent Lo Castro announced that a lease has been signed for a location on Cunningham Street in Butler, Pa. A former Cars"4"You store with a lot that will hold at least 50 units, the location is in a retail shopping center adjacent to Highway 68, one of the main roads in the city.
"We are preparing to commence buildout, and anticipate being open on May 1, 2001," said Lo Castro.
The Butler location will offer both "buy here, pay here" automotive sales and the wireless telecommunications services and sales currently offered by the All Pro companies in Peterstownship, Pa.
At the same time, Lo Castro announced that PCBM has started the site-selection process for its next expansion. Looking to access the western side of the Greater Pittsburgh-area market, PCBM is reviewing sites in the West Hills and Pittsburgh International Airport vicinities.
In anticipation of opening negotiations, Lo Castro has appointed Frank Kentros to head the expansion effort and become vice president and general manager of the western location, should the expansion process be completed successfully.
"Frank Kentros and I have worked together for nearly a decade, and he was a key member of the management team at Lo Castro and Associates," said Lo Castro. "Frank understands both the automotive and telecommunications businesses, and has my full confidence."
It was also announced that PCBM, through All Pro Communications, has entered negotiations with a national wireless service provider to become a nationwide retailer of that company's telecommunications services.
If completed, the agreement will enable All Pro Communications to distribute products and services nationally not only by stand-alone stores and in-store counters, but also by more far-reaching means.
"Currently, All Pro Wireless sells services and products in the western Pennsylvania area," said Lo Castro. "If we complete this agreement, it will allow us to become a provider anywhere in the country. This has enormous potential for Pinnacle Business Management."
PCBM has received an initial proposal from Sprint PCS and is reviewing it.
