Emerging Company Report: Vocal ID Internet Security; The Future of Wireless Technology

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Feb. 16 Emerging Company Report is the
nationally syndicated television program profiling emerging-growth companies
(http://www.emergingcompany.com), featuring informative interviews with the
CEOs, insights into their operations and outlooks for their futures.

Featured companies on this week's edition include:

Serge Parienti, VP of Elva, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EVAI), appeared on
the program via satellite from Paris, France and spoke of his company's
VocalID technology. "VocalID is a secure system that will authenticate users
through the use of sound," said Parienti. "A VocalID cardholder will simply
hold a personalized VocalID card to a computer's microphone, allowing the
individual to access various value-added services and achieve secure online
transactions."
Anthony Lapine, CEO of Semotus Solutions, (Amex: DLK) formerly
Datalink.net, appeared on the program directly from the floor of the American
Stock Exchange and described his company as a market-leading wireless
infrastructure provider delivering end-to-end wireless solutions to its
enterprise customers. "Wireless is to communications and commerce today what
the old Internet was six years ago," said Lapine. "We feel our company
matches favorably to competition like Aether Systems, Inc., a larger company
whose stock trades at six times what ours does."
Steve Rosenthal, Ed.D., President of The Majestic Companies, Ltd.
(OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC) spoke of his company's Safe-T-Bar(TM) for school
buses being featured in a CBS-TV affiliate news story.
CEO Gifford Mabie of Maxxon, Inc. (OTC: MXON) demonstrated the prototype
of the company's safety syringe, designed to eliminate accidental needle
sticks.
