Aftermarket Technology Corp. to Host Conference Call to Report Fourth Quarter 2000 and Full Year Results

    WESTMONT, Ill., Feb. 15 Aftermarket Technology Corp.
, a leading remanufacturer and distributor of drive train
products used in automotive repair, today announced that it will host a
conference call on Friday, February 23, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. CENTRAL time to
discuss fourth quarter 2000 and full year earnings results.  In anticipation
of the call, the Company will issue a press release on Thursday, February 22,
2001 after the market closes.  The call-in number for the Friday call is

conference call.  A replay of the call will be available for one week
