Myers Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

    AKRON, Ohio--Feb. 15, 2001--The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. (AMEX:MYE) today declared a regular $.06 per share dividend.
    The dividend will be paid April 2, 2001, to shareholders of record as of March 9, 2001.
