Fiat GesCo and CA's interBiz Shall Cooperate in Providing Business Software Solutions and Services Worldwide

      eBusiness Applications to Drive Fiat GesCo into Global Marketplace

    ISLANDIA, N.Y. and TORINO, Italy, Feb. 15 interBiz(TM),
the eBusiness applications division of Computer Associates International, Inc.
, today announced a significant expansion in the scope of its
cooperation with Fiat GesCo, a subsidiary of the leading Italian industrial
conglomerate, Fiat Group, whereby Fiat GesCo shall implement the
Masterpiece(R)/Net suite of products for clients in Italy and on a global
basis.
    Masterpiece/Net is a Web-enabled, best-of-breed financial management
solution consisting of accounting and business application modules that
function interactively. The product will enable Fiat GesCo to expand its
offering by leveraging its current expertise and infrastructure for project
management and application maintenance. The cooperation between the two
organizations is already operational as Fiat GesCo recently adopted management
and maintenance of the Masterpiece/Net implementation project for a major
Italian banking group.
    Fiat GesCo's mission is the provision of extended services in the field of
enterprise finance and administration, including the creation of shared
services centers, the implementation of management information systems, the
management of consulting projects with respect to both planning and execution.

cooperation with interBiz will enhance the array of implementation services
that Fiat GesCo will be able to offer through the versatile Masterpiece/Net
