AutoZone Names Senior Vice President, Human Resources
MEMPHIS, Tenn., Feb. 12 AutoZone, Inc.
announced Daisy L. Vanderlinde, 49, has joined the company as senior vice
president, human resources, pending board approval. Vanderlinde has served in
a variety of senior human resources positions in the retail industry, most
recently as vice president of human resources for Tractor Supply Company in
Nashville, TN. Prior to that, she was vice president of human resources for
Marshalls, Inc. as well as The Broadway Stores, a division of Carter Hawley
Hale Stores, Inc.
Vanderlinde will report to Steve Odland, chairman and CEO. She replaces
Joe Fabiano, who will focus on his new role as senior vice president, Mexico.

more than 25 years of retail experience, we're confident in her ability to
take our human resources function to the next level. This will also allow Joe
to devote all of his time to our expansion into Mexico."
