Wescast Industries Inc. Declares Dividend

    BRANTFORD, Ontario--Feb. 12, 2001--Wescast Industries Inc. has declared a dividend on its common shares in the amount of $0.12 per common share, and such dividend shall be payable on March 16, 2001 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 23, 2001.
