Standard Motor Products Quarterly Dividend Nine Cents Per Share

    NEW YORK--Feb. 12, 2001--The Board of Directors of Standard Motor Products, Inc. today announced a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share on the common stock outstanding.
    The dividend will be paid on March 1, 2001 to stockholders of record February 15, 2001.
