MSX International, Inc. Promotes Two Executives to Senior Vice President

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Feb. 12 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that William R. Risk and Derek Grills have been promoted to
senior vice president for their respective operations.
    Risk, senior vice president of Engineering Sales and Customer Management,
is responsible for providing customer management services to all automotive
clients on a worldwide basis and managing the engineering sales function
within Engineering Operations.
    Grills, senior vice president of Engineering Technology Resources,
oversees global resourcing responsibilities for all engineering and
manufacturing positions internally within MSX International and externally for
customers.  In addition to providing contract staff, Grills' group provides
services that identify, assess and test candidate skills as well as project
scheduling that allows people to move more efficiently between assignments.
    Grills and William Risk report directly to John Risk, president and chief
operating officer of Engineering Operations.
