SeraNova Shareholders Approve Merger with
Silverline Technologies
EDISON, N.J., Feb. 12 SeraNova, Inc. , a
global provider of eBusiness consulting and integration services, today
announced that the shareholders of SeraNova, Inc., have approved the merger of
SeraNova with Silverline Technologies Limited .
A special shareholder meeting of Silverline shareholders has been
scheduled for February 20, 2001, to consider and vote on the proposed merger.
Both companies expect to close the merger shortly following Silverline's
shareholder approval, by which time the remaining few Indian regulatory
approvals are also expected to be forthcoming.
