e-Power International Inc. Trades Under New Symbol -- OTCBB:EPWI
HOUSTON--Feb. 12, 2001--e-Power International Inc., formally traded as (OTCBB:ENRL), will now be traded under (OTCBB:EPWI) as of today's stock market opening.Enrol Corporation changed its name to e-Power International Jan. 22. e-Power International manages and operates companies in the technology, engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Currently, the company is in final negotiations to purchase Immobiliser Inc., a Houston-based engineering, manufacturing and consumer technology company. Terms of the contract have not been disclosed.
Immobiliser produces security devices for Harley-Davidson(R) dealers , electronic and machined components for the military and has just announced the first over the counter Internet wireless retail global positioning, tracking and control system in the world, GPS Vision(TM).
