level experience in sales, marketing and operations in the
automotive aftermarket. Hays spearheaded the development of the
business and brand position for Pennzoil Products Company and
developed and managed relationships with key industry leaders for
Honeywell International. With product sales and marketing and
customer relationship management at the forefront of his
experience, Hays has a stronghold on executing the vision for
MyRepairShop.
Kirk Stevens, chief technology officer -- more than 10 years in
technology, with a recent emphasis in the automotive industry.
With the leading role in the technical architecture, research and
development group of Friedkin Companies and his experience in
developing e-commerce strategies, Stevens is the driving force
behind the MyRepairShop portal infrastructure and Internet-driven
technologies.
Jeff Williams, vice president of business development -- 15 years
of automotive and consulting experience, specifically in strategic
planning, acquisitions and asset development. His most recent
business development experience was with Friedkin Companies, a
privately held portfolio of automotive operating companies.
Williams' financial and dealership background in the automotive
world is key in understanding what shop owners need to compete on
a national level and in developing the partnerships necessary to
connect them to the right business resources.
Ray Birden, vice president of operations -- a veteran in
understanding parts distribution and logistics, marketing and
deployment of e-commerce parts fulfillment. Served in
executive-level positions for WorldPac, APS, the operator of BIG A
Auto Parts, and Installers Service Warehouse. Birden's
understanding of e-commerce and parts fulfillment has helped to
create a comprehensive and efficient web-based network for

Vance Tillman, vice president of finance and administration --
combines more than 10 years in corporate finance with growth
company and start-up experience to direct MyRepairShop's financial
operations. Tillman developed specialized expertise in corporate
financial management, auto finance and investments in leading
roles with Friedkin Companies. His background is crucial in
creating and managing a sound financial structure for MyRepairShop
and its network members.
Gary Bean, vice president of program development -- more than 20
years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, with
specialties in wholesale distribution and retail. Knowledge of
warehouse distribution and retail parts operations is critical in
the development of relationships with distribution partners and in
understanding shop owner/supplier connectivity.
Rodney Goldston, vice president of sales and marketing -- more
than 24 years in the automotive aftermarket, with knowledge and
expertise derived from all industry facets. For the past 10 years,
he directed a major program distribution group of automotive
warehouses dealing with various issues in the parts supply chain
-- from manufacturing to repair shop services. Goldston has owned
and operated parts stores, machine shops and automotive repair
shops.
