Regular Dividend Declared On Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Stock

    FINDLAY, Ohio--Feb. 9, 2001--Cooper Tire & Rubber Company today announced a quarterly dividend of 10 1/2 cents per share on common stock, payable March 30, 2001 to stockholders of record at the close of business March 5, 2001.
    This will mark the 116th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
