Johnson Controls Delivers First Class Building
Services to Major British Office Complex
MILWAUKEE, Feb. 8 Johnson Controls, Inc. is
bringing its global expertise in running complex facilities to 100/101
Barbirolli Square, a pair of high profile office buildings in Manchester,
England.
Under a three-year contract, a Johnson Controls team, based at the
225,000-square-foot facility, will handle operations and building services
engineering 24 hours a day. International property consultants King Sturge
awarded the contract on behalf of Barbirolli Square owner Hermes Property
Asset Management Ltd. Tenants at 100/101 Barbirolli Square include
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and National Westminster Bank.
Johnson Controls has already installed a Metasys(R) building automation
system, a computerized maintenance management system and a Cardkey security
management system within the buildings to ensure efficient, cost-effective
monitoring and control, building services management and protection of client
assets.
