    VANCOUVER, B.C.--Feb. 6, 2001--(CDNX:KYC.)

    The Company is pleased to announce the successful conversion of a 6 kw charger and the charging of an automotive OEM EV battery-pack in 1 hour and 40 minutes. It is felt this time can be reduced even further over the next few days.
    The 6 kw charger, a product of a US Manufacturer, was converted with Key Capital Group's fast charging technology. This converted charger was then used to charge an EV battery-pack from a major automotive OEM. The charge time was reduced with only a minor increase in battery temperature. The charge can be accomplished with a standard 220V two phase outlet. This charging unit will now be used for joint demonstrations of Key's fast charging technology to automotive and other industrial OEM manufacturers.
    Key Capital Group has entered into preliminary discussions with a US charger manufacturer regarding the formation of a joint venture. This joint venture would be formed to manufacture and market high efficiency, soft switching, fast chargers into the industrial marketplace.
