    HOUSTON, Feb. 6 Cooper Industries, Inc. will
hold a meeting with investment analysts at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern) on Tuesday,
February 20, 2001, to discuss its business outlook for 2001.  The meeting will
include a presentation by H. John Riley, Jr., chairman, president and chief
