Wix Filters Announces Product Sponsorship of Evernham Motorsports

      The #1 Filter of NASCAR now the #1 Filter of Evernham Motorsports

    GASTONIA, N.C., Feb. 6 WIX Filters, a leading manufacturer
and distributor of filtration products, today announced its product
sponsorship of the two-car Evernham Motorsports Winston Cup racing team. The
announcement comes on the heels of WIX Filters' renewal of its five-year
relationship with the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR)
as the Officially Licensed filter of NASCAR.
    The two-year product sponsorship agreement with Evernham makes WIX the
filter of choice for the Evernham Motorsports program. WIX will provide air,
oil and fuel filters for the No. 9 and No. 19 Dodge Dealers Intrepid R/T
Winston Cup race cars driven by Bill Elliott and Casey Atwood, respectively.
Evernham show cars, dynos and company vehicles will also use WIX Filters.

logical extension of WIX Filters' brand management program and commitment to
NASCAR.

    WIX Filter's public debut with Evernham's Dodge Dealers Intrepid R/Ts will
be at the Feb. 18 Daytona 500.
