driversshield.com Launches Its New Web Site, Gears Up to Roll With Two Signed Deals With Insurers

    PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Jan. 31 driversshield.com Corp.
reported today that its new Web site has gone on line as
promised, and will begin processing collision claims and repairs for at least
two insurance companies as soon as possible.
"Functionality will be added to the site on a continuing basis," said
Barry Siegel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The Company has received
unanimous reports from viewers that our plan to provide an attractive,
professional and easily navigable site has been accomplished.
"We have brought on board our own resources and are developing our Web
site businesses and Internet CRM strategy for the insurance industry
internally. We are in the process of transitioning all the previously built
functionality into the new site, said Siegel. "We have the talent,
technology, strength, stamina and determination to deliver the best automotive
repair and collision claims handling programs for the insurance industry and
the driving public. We are profitable, with no debt and have a very strong
cash position."
The Web site is central to the Company's newest business, the
driversshield.com CRM (customer relationship management) solution for auto
insurance companies. The system enables insurers to reduce their loss ratios
through streamlined Internet based auto physical damage claims management. At
the same time, they are building a loyal customer base to boost customer
retention, a critical objective for insurance companies.
Using the driversshield.com Web site, insurance company agents or
representatives can make immediate repair appointments and towing or rental
car arrangements, as needed, in real time when a driver calls in to report an
accident. If the driver elects to use one of the 2,400 high quality collision
repair centers in driversshield.com's nationwide network, the insurer will
benefit from lower costs and faster completion, while the driver gets their
car back sooner, with a lifetime nationwide guarantee on the collision repair.
The system gives drivers that take advantage of the system benefits a free
membership in the driversshield.com ADS (automotive discounts and services
program), providing roadside assistance, an auto hotline for everything
automotive and an array of discounts and rebates on routine maintenance and
other services.
driversshield.com currently has signed agreements with two insurance
companies. One is for a pilot program with one of the nation's largest
insurers. The other is with a large Midwest insurer, which has concluded a
successful pilot program and is planning a full roll-out of the program early
this spring.
driversshield.com's other business units continue to grow and increase
profitability. driversshield.com FS Corp. provides automotive "managed care"
for self-insured corporate and municipal fleets and driversshield.com ADS
Corp. wholesales our pioneering auto membership program of automotive
discounts and services to financial institutions, membership organizations,
corporate employees and other enterprises. These large institutions retail
the program to their customers or members as a benefit or customer
appreciation program. The Company recently began making the discounts and
services program available to consumers directly through its Web site and
through links with others' Web sites.

Since its founding in 1983, driversshield.com Corp. has built a national
reputation for efficient, cost-saving management of collision claims for
self-insured corporate and municipal vehicle fleets. Clients include
Coca-Cola, Time Warner, IBM, Hershey Foods and many other prominent
corporations. Through its affinity auto club programs, the Company has
established relationships with Providian Financial, Assurant Group
(part of the Fortis group), Aon, Protective Life, Priceline.com and other
prestigious credit card, financial organizations and Web sites.
