Stonecipher Named to PACCAR Board
BELLEVUE, Wash.--Jan. 30, 2001--Harry C. Stonecipher has been nominated to PACCAR Inc's Board of Directors and will stand for election at the Company's Annual Meeting on April 24, 2001, according to Mark C. Pigott, PACCAR chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Stonecipher will fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Charles M. Pigott.Harry C. Stonecipher is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Boeing Company, manufacturer of aerospace equipment, commercial and military aircraft and related services. He was president and chief executive officer of McDonnell Douglas Corporation from 1994 to 1997 and chairman and chief executive officer of Sunstrand Corporation from 1991 to 1994. He is also a director of The Boeing Company and Milacron Inc.
