Race Report Kicks Off 2001 Season with New time and LIVE internet

THE RACE REPORT CELEBRATES THE FOURTEENTH SEASON OF WEEKLY MOTORSPORTS BROADCASTING

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL (January 29, 2001) - The Race Report, for years known as "The FASTEST Show In Radio!" has established more than a decade of motorsports tradition by broadcasting the fast paced weekly radio program each week since 1986.

Fifty weeks per year without fail, well known area motorsports advocate, Donnie Helmly, Founder and Host of the popular motorsports program, has been filling the airwaves with live racing news and information.

Currently the longest running program of it's kind in the North Florida / South Georgia regional area, The Race Report adheres to the philosophy of being informative by being involved.

While Donnie hosts the live radio show each week he also stays in tune with the world of motorsports as an announcer for a traveling racing series and a motorsports columnist.

With the surge of the Internet, The Race Report has been available through and archived broadcast as well located on the official website at www.theracereport.com. New this season the broadcast will be available live on the Internet to enable participation from the fans outside the radio listening area.

"We are extremely excited about the show being live on the Internet each week." states Donnie " We do a lot of traveling to different events and meet a ton of people throughout the country who want to hear the show. Last year we began to archive the program but now they can call in and participate live with us each week from where ever they are."

The program airs each Monday night at 8:00 PM on Jacksonville, Florida MRN affiliate WJGR 1320 AM.
