SunBank Introduces Auto Leasing Program

SELINSGROVE, Pa., Jan. 29 Sun Bancorp, Inc. has partnered with Bank Capital Services
Corporation to offer an indirect automobile leasing program, which will be
available beginning in March.
The SunBank Auto Leasing Program will be offered to the bank's dealer
network, which spans central Pennsylvania from Selinsgrove to State College
and into New York state. This will provide automobile dealers with an
alternative financing option for customers. It is attractive to customers
because it generally provides lower monthly payments than conventional
financing and provides for a reduced upfront cash investment. The SunBank
product will also provide a guaranteed purchase option.
"We are pleased to introduce this new product to our dealership customers.
We believe that leasing is an appealing option to consumers and one that our
dealers will view as an attractive addition to their financing options,"
commented David B. Poust of the Sun Dealer Center.
SunBank's President and Chief Operating Officer, Robert J. McCormack,
added, "In addition to the appeal of the product, we are committed to
providing the service and support to the dealers to make this a successful
financing alternative for them."

Sun Bancorp, with $740 million in assets, recently unified its four bank
trade names -- Snyder County Trust Company, Central Pennsylvania Bank,
Watsontown Bank, and Bucktail Bank -- under the SunBank name. The company has
17 offices and 34 ATMs in Snyder, Union, Northumberland, Lycoming, Elk, and
Cameron counties. Sun Bancorp recently announced plans to acquire Guaranty
Bank, N.A., a $120 million bank headquartered in Wilkes-Barre. In addition,
the company is purchasing the Lewisburg office of Mellon Bank. Sun Bancorp
also operates Sun Asset Management, Sun Mortgage, Sun Leasing, Sun Dealer
Center, and Sun Life, and is 75% owner in a limited liability company, Sun
Abstract and Settlement Services. For more information, visit the Bank's
