Reg Technologies, Inc. / REGI U.S., Inc.: Rand Cam Air Conditioning Compressor Completed

    VANCOUVER, B.C.--Jan. 29, 2001--Reg Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:REGRF)(CDNX:RRE.V) and its U.S. subsidiary REGI U.S., Inc. (OTCBB:RGUS) are pleased to announce that Patrick Badgley, Chief Engineer of REGI U.S., Inc., reported that the 25 cubic inch Rand Cam(TM) air conditioning compressor was assembled and delivered to Trans Air Manufacturing Corporation on January 22, 2001.
    Trans Air will test and evaluate the compressor in an air conditioning system in a bus. Trans Air, founded in 1979 is one of the largest manufacturers of air conditioning units for buses and has agreed to jointly develop and manufacture the Rand Cam(TM) compressor.
    The Rand Cam(TM) compressor is a unique rotary design, which is a very small efficient and quiet running compressor.

Reg Technologies, Inc. jointly owns the worldwide rights to the Rand Cam(TM) rotary technology with its U.S. subsidiary REGI U.S., Inc. and is currently incorporating its latest winged rotor technology to dramatically improve sealing and reduce friction in the diesel Rand Cam(TM) engine. The Company is designing an oil pump for automobile transmissions for one of the big three car manufacturers in Detroit, as well as an air pump for the lumbar seats in automobiles and for fuel cell to transport hydrogen.
    The Company's goal is to license the technology and/or to participate in joint ventures to manufacture specific Rand Cam(TM) applications and the Hydrogen Separator Technology.
