Ten Square and Sensoria Corporation Partner to Bring Complete Telematics Solution to Retail Petroleum Space

    SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 29 Ten Square(TM), an interactive
point-of-sale (POS) broadcasting and publishing company, today announced the
signing of a strategic technology agreement with Sensoria Corporation, a
leader in inter-networking embedded systems in vehicles and buildings. By
partnering with Sensoria, Ten Square can deliver personalized digital content
to consumers within their vehicle. The alliance, utilizing the Sensoria
AutoWINS technology, will be piloted with major automotive manufacturers this
summer.
    Ten Square technology will integrate with Sensoria's AutoWINS open
platform and remote diagnostic automotive applications enabling the vehicle to
join and be recognized by the Ten Square Digital Network(TM) at gas stations
and convenience stores.  AutoWINS' 11-megabit connection speed enables it to
host mobile commerce applications, complete transactions, offer navigational
aid, obtain personalized interactive content and transfer critical vehicle
data based on the driver's needs. Via the Ten Square Digital Network,
broadcast through fuel dispensers and the in-vehicle interface, consumers will
be able to access relevant automotive information and promotions from local
and national brand online and offline retailers during their transaction time.
