announced today that it intends to release financial results
for the fourth quarter 2000 before the market opens on Tuesday, February 6,
2001.  Management will conduct a live audio webcast of its earnings conference
call on Tuesday, February 6, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. ET to review the Company's
quarterly results, market trends and future outlook.
