Centrix Financial Partners With Digital Insight To Offer Non-Prime Auto Lending Program

            Unique Product Allows Financial Institutions to Expand
               Safely Into the Non-Standard Auto Lending Market

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Jan. 25 Centrix Financial, LLC, a
financial and risk management firm, today announced an agreement with
AnyTime Access, a Digital Insight company , to integrate the
Centrix non-prime auto lending program into Digital Insight's Consumer Lending
Services.  The agreement will enable customers to have seamless access to the
Centrix lending program and a quick response to loan requests.
    The initial phase of integration will combine the benefits of Centrix's
non-prime Portfolio Management Program (PMP), a unique method for financial
institutions to provide funding for non-standard auto loans, with Digital
Insight's Consumer Lending Services.  These services include AnyTimeLender,
which gives financial institutions the ability to originate and approve credit
through the Internet in a real-time environment, and the company's Lending
Center, a 24-hour contact center that provides consumer loan processing and
support through experienced loan officers.
