Covisint Elects Board of Directors

    DETROIT, Jan. 24 Covisint, L.L.C. announced it has elected
twelve members of its inaugural seventeen-member Board of Directors, a clear
indication of its move toward independence and full-scale operations serving
the global automotive industry.
    Elected to Covisint's Board of Directors are:

    *  J.T. Battenberg III, chairman, chief executive officer and president,
Delphi Automotive Systems
    *  Laurent Bourrelier, vice president of Business-to-Business, Renault
    *  Brian P. Kelley, vice president, Ford Motor Company and president,
Consumer Connect, a Ford enterprise
    *  James H. Keyes, chairman and chief executive officer, Johnson Controls,
Inc.
    *  Olaf Koch, vice president, Corporate e-Business, DaimlerChrysler AG
    *  Professor Doctor Edward G. Krubasik, member of the Corporate Executive
Committee, Siemens, AG
    *  Harold R. Kutner, group vice president, Worldwide Purchasing and North
American Production Control & Logistics, General Motors Corporation
    *  Carlos E. Mazzorin, group vice president, Global Purchasing and South
America, Ford Motor Company
    *  Ralph J. Szygenda, group vice president and chief information officer,
General Motors Corporation
    *  Gary C. Valade, executive vice president, Global Procurement and

    Five more board members are still to be named, including representatives
of other, non-automotive industry disciplines.

    About Covisint:
