pmc America Joins Global TDS Group

                       IT Provider becomes TDS America,
        Gains Access to Global Infrastructure for Automotive Customers

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 23 pmc America, an information
technology provider specializing in systems integration and implementation
services for the automotive industry, today became part of the global TDS
Group and changed its name to TDS America.
    The acquisition gives TDS America a global infrastructure and increased
resources and capabilities with which to serve clients such as Allison
Transmission, BASF Automotive, Bosch Automotive and Delphi Automotive Systems.
The TDS Group is headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany, and its German flagship
company, TDS Informationstechnologie AG, is publicly traded on the Frankfurt
Neuer Markt exchange under the "TDS" ticker symbol.
    TDS America offers a portfolio of business application and technology
solutions to address the needs of automotive companies.  Client solutions are
customized according to individual needs in the fields of ERP and CRM
implementation consulting, e-business and EDI development services, technical
integration and application hosting, as well as automotive-specific
application solutions and enhancements to SAP(R) R/3(TM) software.
