Winner Adds Dr. Hook

SHARON, Pa.--Winner International, which makes The Club anti-theft device, has purchased the Dr. Hook line of steering wheel locks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dr. Hook was previously owned by American Auto Accessories and distributed throughout automotive specialist chains in North America.

As part of the agreement between American and Winner, Winner will own the worldwide rights to the Dr. Hook line--consisting of two steering wheel lock devices--as well as the associated patent.
