It’s being discussed this Patent of invention about Actuation Motor Systems Through Liquefied Air and Respective Production Process of Liquefied Air, according to norms and specifications required among the moderns requisits of a refined techonology, having as main objective the actuation of outside combustion, industrial and automotive engines, vanishing the use of any kind of fuel, making up an alternative, that doubtless, will provide a lot of technological and functional advantages and importants improvements to economical systems, ambiental systems, etc., and it includes the elimination of depending on petroleum related to the international market and the reduction of air pollution .The project and the development of this Actuation Motor Systems Through a Liquefied Air and Respective Production Process of Liquefied Air, it is supported on:
if we pull down the temperature of a determinated a mass of air , until negative 196ºC, that air volume will be liquefied.( it reduces to a liquid state). If , at liquid state, it is enclosed in a closed recipient and let that temperature comes back to a value of room temperature, about positive 25ºC , we ‘ll have, inside recipient, a pressure alike a gutter with water, approximated temperature of positive 200ºC ,called by "overheated steam Usually, a gutter like that used to bring into action na outside combustion motor, like locomotives (express locomotive), thermoelectric mill, ship, etc.. Thus,,we can use the liquefied air to get better results, then, the air will be at a higher relative temperature above the water temperature and so, the available pressure willl be proportionality higher.
If we use this argument to move a vehicle, we’ll have a lot of advantages associated to the use of inside combustion motor, for exemple: There will not be any kind of aggression to the environment, because there insn’t combustion and, then , there won’t be residues ary ( CO2) – green- house effect effect. There isn’t risk of fortuitous burning , so the air ins’t combustible. The air that leaves from exhaust is the same that comes into the motor , this way, there won’t be comsumption, but only a change of energy; The motor ( if it is by pistons) will be very simple , so, there won’t be starter motor, ignition, carburetion, cooling systems , whici ones are the cause of breakdowns , at the recent engines , and those motors will be more simplified if turbines are used. The automatic transmission will be more simplified, too. At stopping places ( closed semaphore , traffic jam, etc.,) the motor stops when the accelerator is liberated and it comes back to operate when the accelerator is braigth into action. There ‘s no need of a new starting. ( starter). The installtion of this System in a vehicle is very simple , and it consists in setting up the chosen motor (piston, or turbine) , and a " heat exchanger" to do raise the fluid air temperature to the room temperature and na installaction of fluif air tank , that it must have a thermic isolation, and a safety valve to guard against the height of inside pressure. The " heat exchanger", is nothing more that a coil like a solar heating.. The air is a mixture of gases and the one which behaves in a better way must be choosen. ( He, N, Az). Probably, the energy contained in 1 ( one) liter of liquid air is the same that is contained in 1 (one) liter of gasoline . For the liquified air production , any - hydro-electric Factory will be able to make it at the little demanding time or any gas station will be able to set up a liquefying tower, not depending on subterranean, explorations, like those that happen, with the petroleum that, when is extracted of the land , it leaves deep cavities which are subject to the land shankness , that can bring earth-quakes. At the design that follows this present description – Picture 1 - only) it is showing how to set up the System – Patent objective- where the number references shows: (1) Liquid Air Tamk , (2) Safety Valve, (3) Register, (4) Heat exchanger , (5) motor.
So the present Actuation Motor System Through Liquefied Air and Respective Production Process of Liquefied Air , it satify the proposed objectives completely, making practical and efficient functions to those which were projected and developed providing a great deal of technologycal advantages and economial, environment , autonomy, safety benefits, etc. it is marked by its own characteristcs and full of new fundamental requisites.
