Modem Media Selected by Michelin Division to Provide Internet CRM Strategy and Services

    NORWALK, Conn., Jan. 10 Modem Media , the
exclusive builder and marketer of customer-focused Me-businesssm solutions,
today announced that it has been selected by Michelin North America to drive
the development and implementation of Internet initiatives for its Passenger
Car and Light Truck Division, Michelin Americas Small Tires (MAST). This will
be the first time that MAST has consolidated all of its Internet operations
with one professional services company. The assignment will be managed out of
Modem Media's San Francisco office and includes the development of Internet
strategy, as well as online marketing and distribution programs that will
leverage the division's overall business strategy.

    Modem Media will begin working with Michelin immediately to continue the

of consumers and meeting those needs across multiple channels. Michelin will
have access to Modem Media's full service offerings, including:
