BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--1-800-AutoTow says it is “exploring strategic alternatives” following its default on more than $4 million owed Finova Capital Corp.

Meanwhile, a statement from the company says it has hired Leonard D. Levin, 64, as its new chief executive officer. Levin also continues as CEO at National Auto Service Centers Inc., which is based in in Clearwater, Fla.

Joel B. Nagelmann was previously president and CEO; he left last month.
