Calif. Gearing Up For Ford TFI Recall
SACRAMENTO, Calif.--Golden State aftermarket retailers, repair providers and car owners can find out if a particular Ford product is part of a proposed recall via an Internet site set up by the state. The proposed recall is aimed at 1.7 million Fords that could stall when the Thick Film Ignition (TFI) module overheats. Alameda County Superior Court Judge Michael Ballachey was expected to soon issue a final ruling on the recall.
