LYNX Links With Allstate Auto Glass

PITTSBURGH--LYNX Services has been selected by the Allstate Insurance Co. to be its exclusive provider for managing auto glass insurance claims.

LYNX began managing the Allstate glass insurance process on Sept. 20 in Kentucky, North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina and Tennessee. The national roll-out of the program to all states will be completed by the end of October.

LYNX provides automotive glass insurance claims management by linking policyholders, insurers and automotive glass repair shops. Its centers process first-notice-of-loss, verify coverage, schedule glass repairs, perform audits and manage warranty claims.

“Allstate and LYNX Services share a strong commitment to customer service,” said LYNX General Manager Jim Latch. “Allstate pioneered the concept of providing around-the-clock claims service and has always focused on improving customer satisfaction. Together, we will add several innovative features that will make the auto glass claims process even more functional and efficient.”

Among the first innovations will be an opportunity for customers to provide online feedback about their claim experience. Other features will involve the Internet or electronic solutions designed by LYNX.
