Car Art Cruises Internet

WINDHAM, Maine--A virtual automotive art gallery is posting its pieces at www.Moveableart.com. The site, aimed at the the automotive enthusiast, has a collection of original art, limited edition prints on paper and canvas, art listed by make and model, event posters, sculpture and automotive paraphernalia.

Moveableart.com says it has “searched out prestigious automotive artists and located nostalgic and high quality reproduction posters.” The site has a Specialty Gallery that will change regularly as new works of car art are added and existing pieces are driven off the site by satisfied customers.

Some of available art includes original works by L.R.Daniels, Charles Bourke Wildbank and Nicola Wood; limited edition prints on paper and canvas by Alfredo De La Maria and Vaclav Zapadlik; event posters both past and present from the Concours d’elegance at Pebble Beach, the road races in Monaco, and Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auctions; posters by famous artist and designer of cars, Art Fitzpatrick; antique automobile illustrations; one-of-a-kind sculptures and out of print automotive books.

“From Auburn Speedsters to Volvos, over 40 makes of automobiles are already represented in the Moveableart galleries,” the company reports.

Auto art lovers are invited by the company to suggest additions if there is something they are interested in that is not yet in the galleries.
