Rexhall is based in the high desert of Southern California, in Lancaster, north of Los Angeles. For over 22 years, Rexhall has been producing Class A motorhomes – both gas and diesel powered. Rexhall promotes the fact that they attach each coach to the vehicle chassis by welding, not simply bolting the parts together. This creates a “Uni-body” that is structurally more rigid, along with welded steel supports throughout the interior framework. Most of the fiberglass components are also manufactured at the Lancaster facility, where Rexhall takes pride in creating some unusually aerodynamic shapes, wrap-around windshields, full-body slides, and swept-back style.

Rexhall has a large service center at their headquarters where they do fiberglass bodywork and painting as well as mechanical repairs on Rexhall motorhomes.
