The first Holiday Ramber travel trailer was introduced in 1953, and the company has grown ever since. Today, HR has a full line of gas and diesel motorhomes, including the top-end Navigator and Imperial, with prices up to nearly $500,000. And, HR hasnt forgotten its pioneering roots; it still offers a wide range of travel trailers and fifth-wheel trailers, ranging in price from $25,000 to around $64,000, including the luxurious Presidential models. HR has manufacturing facilities in Elkhart and Wakarusa, Indiana. In 1996, Holiday Rambler joined forces with Monaco Coach Corporation, its current owner. Partnered together, along with other companies, such as Beaver, Safari and others, the result is a strong organization with wide-spread resources. The roots of Monaco Coach Corporation run back to 1968 with the formation of Caribou Coach Corporation. The company soon evolved into Monaco Motorhomes, Inc., and out of that organization Monaco Coach Corporation was born in 1987. Headquartered in Coburg, Oregon, Monaco has been a public company since 1993, traded on the NY Stock Exchange under the symbol MNC.
