KIRKLAND, Wash., March 16, 2001 - Lucky Vanous and Lisa Thornhill, stars of the "18 Wheels of Justice" television series, are scheduled to sign autographs in Kenworth Truck Company's booth (#3410) on Friday, March 23, at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville.

The two television stars are scheduled to appear for Kenworth from 10 a.m. to noon and again from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. This will mark their first joint, truck show appearance. Last year, Vanous attended the Great American Trucking Show and Thornhill made guest appearances at both Mid-America and the International Trucking Show.

On "18 Wheels of Justice", both Vanous and Thornhill portray federal agents. Vanous plays Chance Bowman while Thornhill plays Cie Baxter. The show also features G. Gordon Liddy, Bobby Hosea, Billy Dee Williams in a recurring role, and a new Kenworth T2000 High-Tech Truck.

The T2000 is an enhanced version of the Kenworth T2000 that appeared in the show's inaugural season. Additions include a fingerprint identification system that recognizes individual drivers, a navigational system that talks the driver to the destination, and a driver drowsiness monitoring system, among others.
