Axis to Provide Vehicle Tracking Service for Toyota Motor Sales Vehicles

DECATUR, Ga., Feb. 27 Axis Group, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Allied Holdings, Inc. , announced today it will
provide vehicle tracking service for more than 1.5 million Toyota vehicles
annually.

The Axis Group will provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on all
Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) vehicles in the United States based on real time data
at points along the supply chain, including all modes of inland
transportation. This data will be compared to prearranged and historical
milestones to accurately measure actual movement to the scheduled movement of
these vehicles, allowing TMS to continually review and streamline their
delivery network.

"Customer relationships are very important to us. The new tracking
service will provide us timely updates to key delivery information, which will
be used to communicate accurate vehicle delivery information to Toyota and
Lexus dealerships throughout the United States. Through the use of developing
technologies, we will provide our customers with predictable delivery
information that is updated throughout the delivery process," said Jim Byers,
vice president, Toyota Logistics Services.

The software, developed by Axis Group, collects data from various
transportation providers and generates an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for
all Toyota Motor Sales vehicles. The ETA is constantly updated and adjusted
based on actual movement of the vehicle.

"The consumer is demanding not only more rapid delivery times, but also a
more predictable and consistent process. This vehicle tracking service will
assist Toyota Motor Sales in their efforts to provide value-added services to
consumers," said Jack Gross, president, Axis Group.

The Axis-Toyota agreement is for three years.
