Hometown Auto Retailers De-listed from Nasdaq National Market

    WATERTOWN, Conn.--Feb. 15, 2001--Hometown Auto Retailers Thursday announced that its common stock has been de-listed from the Nasdaq National Market for failure to meet quantitative listing criteria.
    The common stock is now traded on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol OTC BB: HCAR.OB and can be looked up on the Internet at www.otcbb.com.
