Manhattan Projects' ServiceMan to Premiere in Private Previews at the National Automobile Dealers Association Show

Breakthrough Wireless CRM System Writes Flawless Repair Orders in Seconds,
                  Maximizing Service Profits and Efficiency

TORRANCE, Calif., Jan. 29 Manhattan Projects, LLC, a
leading technology developer for the automotive retail industry, will
demonstrate ServiceMan(TM), an advanced customer relationship management (CRM)
service writing system, at private previews during the National Automobile
Dealers Association Show, February 3-6, 2001.
ServiceMan(TM) uses a state-of-the-art wireless, handheld device to
instantly scan vehicle VINs, retrieve customer records and query manufacturer
databases for recall and service notices. The revolutionary tool accesses
dealer DMS and DCS systems to build repair orders right on the service drive
and processes a perfectly written service order within seconds, beaming the
completed transaction to the dealership's database.
"With the recent decline in auto sales, customer satisfaction is
increasingly vital and maximizing profits on the service drive is more
important than ever," said Mike Sage, Manhattan Projects President and CEO.
"ServiceMan places the total power of a dealership's Reynolds and Reynolds or
ADP management system in the palm of a service writer's hand. It enables a
dealership to accurately process more repair orders per hour than ever before,
and our pilot installations with key GM dealerships has shown that customer
satisfaction improves immeasurably."
ServiceMan private previews will take place in a North Tower suite at the
Las Vegas Hilton and are open to representatives of automotive manufacturers
and the top 100 automotive dealer groups. Dealers may call 1-877-227-1265 or
visit http://www.manhattanprojects.net to book reservations. Manhattan Projects will
also host a dealer cocktail party at the Hilton from 4 to 8 pm on February 4.
Manhattan Projects has developed a broad range of innovative management
solutions for the automotive retailing industry. The firm also offers
RepairTalk 2.5(TM) with RepairWeb(TM), a bilingual interactive voice-response
server with an Internet module that quickly updates customers on their repair
orders via phone or Internet. The system is currently in use at leading North
American auto dealerships.
"In this difficult economic environment, customer relations management
technology makes all the difference in creating and keeping customers," said
Sage. "As a long-time auto dealer myself, I look forward to showing other
dealers the value of Manhattan Projects CRM solutions."
