March Indy International Signs Agreements With the Sinden Racing Team and the Number-One Rated Driver Guy Smith

    HALLANDALE, Fla.--March 24, 2000--March Indy International, Inc. (OTC BB: INDQ), formerly a dominant force in auto racing engineering and team-leadership, currently a development-stage motor-sport racing team, today announced that the Company has signed an agreement with a highly talented young driver Guy Smith to race for March. This agreements is the first of two which will put March on the track for its first premier race of the year, the Indianapolis 500, taking place mid-May, with TV coverage on May 26-29, 2000. The second major team announcement and driver/sponsor agreement will be forthcoming shortly.
    Thomas Megas, president and chief executive officer of March Indy, commented, Guy started racing in 1987 and has since won in every category he has ever competed in. This proven winner is well on his way to achieving his ultimate aim of becoming Formula One world champion.
    Guy won his first motor race at the early age of 17. In 1995, he became the International British Formula Renault Sport Champion, winning nine races and achieving 11 pole positions. In 1998, Guy raced for Johansson Motorsport in the Indy Lights Championship. He finished third in his first ever race on an oval track at Homestead, Florida and came third overall in the championship, winning two races. Smith was voted Rookie of the year in both 1998 and 1999.
    Robin Herd, March Indys chairman of the board and the only individual to have won five consecutive Indy-500 races, added, Though young, Smith has already left his mark on this sport. With this new agreement, we will make sure his list of achievements will get many impressive additions.
    March also announced that the Companys CEO Thomas Megas and Jeff Sinden of the Sinden Racing Team, a well-established and highly regarded team in the Indy Racing League, have signed an agreement to have Jeff Sinden run the March team at the Indy 500.
    Robin Herd commented, Now that the Sinden personnel will be hand-on in the pit and Marchs engineering and technology in the cars, the expertise of the internationally famous driver Stefan Johansson, our director of racing, will catapult March to the top of the competition.
