MARCH INDY Unveils Premier Team for Its 2000 Racing Program
                   Company Begins Executing the First-Ever
Internet Strategy in the Racing Industry

NEW YORK, Jan. 20 -- Formerly a dominant force in auto racing
engineering and team-leadership, MARCH INDY INTERNATIONAL, INC.
(OTC Bulletin Board: INDQ - news) has created a world-class racing team by
retaining Stefan Johansson as director of racing and Robin Herd as technical
director.
Previously, MARCH's engineering excellence manufactured world-class
components, which helped launch award-winning racing teams across the globe.
Now, this legendary engineering heritage has been combined with leading
professionals to create MARCH's own auto racing program, and ultimately launch
the industry's first interactive Web site (marchracing.com).
"MARCH is uniquely positioned to make a tremendous impact on the racing
industry when we make our debut at the Las Vegas 500 on April 22nd," said
Thomas Megas, president and CEO of MARCH INDY.
Stefan Johansson is one of the leading motorsport drivers in the world
today, having won the 1999 Le Mans Grand Prix among many other races for
Ferrari and Porsche. During his career, Johansson has been considered one of
the most diversified drivers in the industry.
Prior to his involvement with MARCH, Robin Herd established "RHL," a
company involved in consulting and training many of the finest racecar drivers
in the history of Formula One from 1990 to 1998. Among his many achievements,
Herd developed the "Wings of the Concord," and received Britain's highest
design award -- the 1985 Edinburg Design Trophy. He was also awarded
"Commander of the British Empire" (C.B.E.) by Queen Elizabeth in 1985.
The birth of Marchracing.com and the present MARCH INDY team is only the
beginning as the organization embarks on an aggressive three-phase strategy to
redefine the racing industry.
MARCH became the first publicly traded racing organization in
November 1999. Now in the second phase, the company has hand-picked a
world-class racing team with a strong mixture of expertise and skills to
prepare for a powerful 2000 racing program.
Later this year, MARCH plans to embark on the third phase of this strategy
by expanding its legendary presence from the racetrack to the Internet --
creating a truly interactive experience for fans. The company is expected to
launch a highly interactive site (http://www.marchracing.com) that will place
visitors right in the driver's seat. Packed with innovative and cutting-edge
features, the site will offer fans everything they need to bring the
excitement of racing into their daily lives.
"As the only team car to win five consecutive Indy 500's, MARCH is
building upon a 20-year tradition of racing excellence as we expand our reach
beyond the racetrack to fans' homes through the Internet," said Megas. "Soon
our fans will no longer be spectators, but active participants in this
thrilling sport."
