F-3: Custom Officials Cost Teams 2 Days
11 June 1999
The F-3 Teams had trouble getting through customs at the border of Brazil/Argentina and lost 2 days. So the cars arrived this night around 4 am in Posadas and the mechanics started to build them. Hoover Orsi, current leader of the series, is very confidente in having a great result. "It isn't a problem for me not knowing the track. I give two laps in a normal car or walking and then when I go with my F-3 car I already know the most important points" said the Brazilian, one of the few that don't know the track. Rodrigo Sperafico is very confident in taking the lead if Orsi failes to finish and 2 drivers won't be in Posadas this weekend due to sponsor problems, Vitor Meira and Rodrigo Yungh.
